Kallanna, was founded in Lisboa in 2018 by Charles Morphett. After analysing the property sector in Portugal he saw the opportunity to create a company which focussed on property scouting and consulting, as there was a lot of agencies in the market advertising the same products, but the majority of the best deals were off-market opportunities. Since then we have combined a team with over 12 years experience in the market in Portugal.  We have access to properties on and off-market through various networks. Focusing on buildings and land to develop we will find the right deal for residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Charles was born in Australia and studied Marketing Management and Public Relations. He moved to Lisbon in 2017, from Rio de Janeiro after working extensively in the luxury property market for 8 years. He, Co-Founded a Sports Hospitality agency "Sports Exclusive" in 2015 and after a successful World Cup in Russia in 2018 he sold his share of the company and created Kallanna in 2018.
